4. How do I know that this will be handled professionally?

All dealings regarding the property ownership and purchase will be handled by independent lawyer in the UK; they will have power of attorney and act in the best interest of the group.

5. Will their be any mortgages on the property?

No the property will be purchased outright, this way it avoids the problems of mortgage commitments.

6. Why can’t we go and stay in the property?

The property will be rented out via a management company, to maximise investment potential, as this is an investment only purchase, should you wish to stay in the property you can book through the normal channels and pay the normal rate for the time of year.

7. Can I choose what property I want to invest in?

8. Can I invest in more than one project?

Yes you can invest in more than one project. Each project will comprise of a different group of investors, however each purchase will be made up of like minded individuals.
